Since I am sure Muggy Cat would want to be considered a Fair and Balanced Reporter - Even though he doesn't have the Balls to say who he really is - he is hiding behind the name Muggy Cat - and Leah Lax - Loretta Lynn would want to only know the Truth as to what Ilona Ely Freedman Grenadier Heckman did - So I think since they have been so irresponsible in there Threats etc we should be sure they are aware of what Ilona is guilty of and why she can't sue me for liable -  in Ilona's e-mails to Leah Lax - she referenced her attorneys didn't think it was worth it - but, what Ilona forgot to tell Leah was the TRUTH! That if she sues me - it all comes out - and she will be charged with the following crimes:

Ilona  - is guilty of being involved in , Perjury, Obstruction of Justice, Aiding and abetting obstruction of Justice, Fraud on the Court, Involvement of Forgery, Theft of money ( $95,000+)  from the Sonia Grenadier Trust account through her law office for great personal gain over $10 Million in Real Estate,  Theft of Herman Grenadier, malpractice, Bribery, Abuse of her Oath of Office, Conspiracy, Collusion, Miscarriage of Justice, preventing Due Process, conflict of interest – related to the practice of law, violating code of ethics, has liability to her victims, has violated Plaintiffs  Religious, Political, United state Constitutional, Virginia Constitutional and Civil Rights, Breach of Fiduciary Duties, RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT,  Title 18 US code 241 Conspiracy against rights, and 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law, Retaliatory & Retribution actions, Treason,  Title VI Civil Rights Act of 1964   Title VI, 42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq., was enacted as part of the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964,  18 USC§ 912.   With her Intention to 18 USC § 1341 -Frauds and swindles, Defraud,  Breach of Contract, Arbitrary and Capricious behavior, Committed Fraud on the Court, § 18.2-498.3. Misrepresentations prohibited, § 18.2-172 - Forging, uttering, etc., other writings et al.   

I would suggest Muggy Cat (that is if you aren't a fraud) that you do a bit of homework -  That you will find that Ilona Ely Freedman Grenadier Heckman has lied in documents filed in the courts - Stolen - Land, Money, a garden at King David using a forged Trust agreement  - which she was involved in the forgery - She has used bribery and manipulation to not have it looked into -  I look forward to a law suit from any of you - as I have done nothing but tell the truth - and that is what frightens everyone the most -  

This is Sonia Grenadier - Ilona stole over $95,000. from a Trust account out of her law office - using a forged Addendum to the Trust Agreement -  Using that same addendum she stole property and took a pay off - I am not sure how much she got - but, from documents at the court house it could be as much as $200,000.  - but, that wasn't enough for her - so she put the land in her name as well - She then Moved Herman Grenadier out of his garden at King David and donated according to the records the land - and if I recall correctly then took it as a Tax deduction from Sonia - This is only a few things she has done - to her Victims -   But, I guess because she is Jewish that makes it ok and ok for what ya'll have said to me -

Judge Albert Grenadier - his sister Ruth whom Ilona is trying to kick out of the Family Garden at King David and filed false complaints with the State of Virginia - Herman Grenadier whom she moved his body to donate his garden and by all appearance take a tax deduction all the time knowing and using a forged addendum to a Trust that was Sonia's - Sonia Grenadier who she stole over $95,000 from and lied about it.

Article with Ilona and Sonia's picture added - Jim Arthur who was charged with thefts - spent 5 years in jail - which he helped Ilona cover up her crimes -  In fact the Fagelson law firm was in-collusion to cover up what Ilona and Jim Arthur did -  

I have the documents on Scribd that proves all this - Also on the Blog - along with the Bribery of Ilona and her lawyers and false statements to the courts - That the Judges have just said it is ok - WE Love you Ilona - so steal lie etc etc ----

I am sorry that she has found some way to hit at others including yourself; she seems to think the more persons she can harass the more attention she will get, and negative attention to her seems to be better than no attention.

I will copy my attorney’s office on your e mail, and if we decide to take some action against her, you will probably be made aware of it.

As of now however, I have been recently widowed from a wonderful man, and as this is the second time (Judge Grenadier, also a wonderful man, died in 1885), and Jerry in January of this year, I am focusing on absorbing this loss, my family and my own clients.

Again, I am so sorry she has involved you.
